Return Policy
Returned and unopened Get Ready, Get Set, Get Sold DVD-video
packages will have a restocking fee of 20% of the sales transaction
cost. There are no refunds or exchanges after 30 days from the purchase
date. Video case that have been opened cannot be returned
for refund or exchange. Items that are damaged in shipping or packing
will be replaced or exchanged at no additional cost to the customer.
Please notify Get Ready, Get Set, Get Sold within 3 days of
receiving the damaged product, then return the video package to
Get Ready, Get Set, Get Sold at once with the original sales receipt
